9700 Old Magnolia Road, Tallahassee, FL 32309

Property Description

Toma offers a rare opportunity to own 349± acres in the heart of Florida's Red Hills--enough land to feel immersed in the landscape, yet a scale that is remarkably manageable for a private estate. Located in northeastern Leon County, Toma sits within one of the region's most coveted landowner communities, surrounded by Sunny Hill, Loveridge, Norias, and Miccosukee Hills. At the same time, its location offers an unusual level of convenience, with easy access to northeast Tallahassee's shopping, dining, schools, and everyday amenities, as well as a straightforward connection to Thomasville. As Tallahassee continues to grow toward the northeast, Toma occupies a particularly compelling position--close to the conveniences of the Bradfordville area, yet protected by the surrounding quail plantations and large private holdings that define the Red Hills and limit further development. The result is a rare sense of being both connected and removed. The property itself is thoughtfully managed for both wildlife and enjoyment, with extensive upland habitat, mature pine, healthy quail habitat, excellent deer and turkey hunting, a dedicated dove field, and a stocked pond. A well-appointed main residence and guest house are complemented by kennels, a utility barn, and stables, creating a versatile estate equally suited to full-time living, weekends, and recreation. For the buyer who wants the character and lifestyle of a great Red Hills property--but not the responsibility of managing thousands of acres--Toma offers an unusually compelling balance of land, lifestyle, and convenience.
