Welcome home to 8831 Forest Creek Ln. A gated estate in a private neighborhood, and only minutes from the interstate, this genuine intersection of luxury, pragmatism and convenience is rarely configured, and even harder to find. Behind the stately brick wall along the road lies a 3 acre property and home that is striking both inside and out. The European inspired facade features multiple gables and a dramatic turret-style tower that adds unique architectural charm. The asymmetry of the attached garage and guest house, connected to the main structure by a breezeway, grounds the executive home and provides a continuation of depth to the structure's position. The red brick exterior nods to the timelessness and durability of such an estate. The well maintained lawn, mature trees, brick inlaid circular driveway, and the grand central entrance with arched brick detailing signal the welcome of a carefully maintained and inviting abode. Just inside the main entrance of the home, a grand foyer awaits. A raised platform and marble tile welcome you into a home of this kind and quality. On the left is the epitome of a study or home office. Inlaid panels, a fireplace, fluted trim, crown molding, coffered ceiling, plantation shutters and wide baseboards are all finished in rich oak. A dancing fire on a rainy day, or the bright sunlight let in by the surrounding windows are sure to create an atmosphere attuned to study, creativity, and musing. After stepping down from the dias, the home opens up to a large dining area, grand staircase on the left and keeping room to the right. In the original plans, these two spaces were swapped, but the sellers have thoughtfully chosen to use these spaces as they currently function - a contained keeping room beautifully arranged with custom seating, ample sunlight, and the custom hand painted inset ceiling - and the large dining area, capacious and sizeable, with plenty of room for entertaining, milling about, and for serving a large gathering. This space continues to the right of the home into the family gathering room. A high, cathedral ceiling, highlighted by the tall stone fireplace and the exquisite picture window that overlooks the backyard at once makes the space feel grand and cozy, if those two words could find meaning in adjacent places. The warmth of the rich wood tones in the gleaming hardwoods that stretch throughout the home, the stone fireplace that anchors the space, and the oversized window and light colored walls and cream accents offer such a juxtaposition. This is a space that feels like it belongs to such an estate, but also feels lived in and well loved. The luxury kitchen is just off of the family room. The custom inset vented range enclave sets the tone for this space. Elevated, unique, and engineered towards simple luxury, this kitchen is perfect for hosting, for daily use, and for entertaining friends that have come over to chat. The custom cabinetry, built by renowned Chattanooga cabinet maker, Mike Norcia and Norcia fine cabinetry, anchor these luxury spaces and serve as the backdrop for the real magic that happens in a space like this: when people gather. The Subzero fridge in its own custom surround, Cove dishwasher, Viking microwave, and 48" six burner Monagram Range continue to tell the story of this home: understated luxury that functions as easily as it shows. Additionally, these appliances are less than 2 years old. A mud area, large laundry room, half bath, a wet bar with more storage and its own separate dishwasher, and back staircase all make up the remaining right side of the home. These spaces are also well appointed visually and complete each need that could be imagined in a home like this. On the left side of the main floor, you'll find the primary suite. The bedroom features incredible coffered ceilings, another gas fireplace, a convenient walkout covered patio area, and plenty of space for a sitting area. The large primary bathroom is the showpiece of this space. High ceilings, a jetted whirlpool tub featuring a custom iridescent tile inlaid barrel ceiling, more custom cabinetry, marble tile flooring and generously sized his and hers closets make this suite more of what you'd come to expect in a home like this, and yet, still elevated and surprising. As you climb the grand staircase, you'll find a large landing on the second level with a walkout balcony on the other side of two large pane double doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and landscaping below. A media room, which the sellers are currently using as a bedroom, is located just off of this space. Two more bedrooms, plus a mirrored workout room is also accessed from this landing. Each bedroom also features a well appointed en suite bathroom. Custom integrated storage underneath the stairs is the perfect solution for attractive storage, or space for custom decor. Following the hallway down towards the right end of the home, the access for the beautifully designed curved staircase located in the exterior turret is here, right next to an upstairs wet bar and kitchenette and upstairs laundry with half bath. As you cross through the breezeway with large windows and gorgeous overlooks, you'll find one more large bedroom with an en suite. Upstairs on the third floor, there is one more bedroom, and also a playroom or flex space that also includes another half bath. There is also an ample amount of walkout attic storage space that can be accessed from the playroom. The large circular driveway continues under the breezeway to allow access to the large four car garage, outfitted with new garage door lifters in the last year, and featuring a large deep freezer appliance. The mud area on the right side of the main floor can also be accessed under the breezeway. On the other side of the breezeway, the sellers have finished out another studio bedroom with an en suite. More elevated finishes like luxury vinyl plank flooring, a frameless glass shower, thoughtful vanity, and a mini-split complete this space. Through the garage, you can access the apartment that sits above. A large living area, kitchen, and full bathroom can be found here. The options for an area like this are endless. Outside of the home, the estate really speaks. A full sized hard court basketball/ tennis court, inground gunite saltwater pool and hot tub with tanning ledge, poolhouse with bathroom, sunken limestone fire pit, and the 2.88 acres really shine. The heated pool and hot tub are also outfitted with a $50k Ambisonic outdoor sound system, and lighting configuration, all controlled through Aqualink on your phone. The hot tub also has the option to be a cold pool as well. Imagine playing in a resort style oasis in the summer, grilling with friends and family from the pool house and patio in the fall, and enjoying steamy dips in the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit in the winter. A home like this is unrivaled and checks all the boxes. The sellers also installed a new Rainbird sprinkler system in 2025 that waters the lawn from the well on the property. The home features a High impact roof that is less than 2 years old. All HVAC units on the property have been replaced except for the unit that services the third floor. All carpet was replaced in the last four years. The home also includes a 7 camera security system installed within the last three years.
